MIKOU Aime la Plage is a sun-safe swimwear brand born from the vision of Stefania, an Italian mum of two with an extensive experience in the luxury fashion industry. After moving to sunny Portugal with a newborn and welcoming her second child soon after, protecting her children’s delicate skin became a top priority. Inspired by her family’s coastal lifestyle, filled with beach and pool outings, Stefania set out to create a swimwear line that combines comfortable and trustworthy sun protection with a refined aesthetic, soft-toned colors, bespoke prints and high-quality production. And just like that MIKOU was born.
