OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 — Product Class I

Made Green in Italy: Class A
This is the strongest environmental certification our fabric can offer.

Made Green in Italy is a voluntary national certification scheme established by the Italian Ministry of Environment and Energy Security under Ministerial Decree 56/2018.

It uses the European Commission's Product Environmental Footprint (PEF) methodology, the same framework that will underpin upcoming EU Green Claims regulation, to measure a product's environmental impact across 16 categories: climate change, water consumption, fossil resource use, eutrophication, ozone depletion, particulate matter, land use, and others, across the full lifecycle from raw material to end-of-life.

Products are sorted into three classes against an independently established sector benchmark. Class A means the fabric scored better than the sector average across all 16 categories.

The assessment was conducted under the Product Category Rules for synthetic yarn fabrics (NACE 13.20.31), verified by an independent third-party body, and registered with the Italian Ministry of Environment.

The VITA fabric family is certified Class A.

Global Recycled Standard (GRS) Certified

Every fiber is tracked. Our fabrics' GRS certification guarantees that the recycled content in our fabric is verified through every step of the supply chain, ensuring ethical production and a lighter footprint on the planet your little ones will inherit.
