Return and Exchange Policy

At Mikou Aime la Plage, we sincerely hope that every purchase brings you joy. However, we understand that preferences may change. Should you decide to return your order, please consider the following guidelines:

 

 

  1. Return Request Period
    • Returns are welcome within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
  1. Product Condition
    • Ensure that labels and hangtags remain intact and are shipped back with the item.
    • Only non-used products in their original, unworn, unwashed condition are eligible for return.
  1. Return Costs
    • Please note that return shipping costs and possible custom fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless a promotion applies.
  1. Return Process
    • Initiate a return by contacting us at hello@mikou.pt or by calling us at 00351 927 649 958 within the 14-day return request period.
  1. Return Shipping (within the EU)
    • Once your return is approved, you will have the option to either drop off your parcel in a DPD locker of your choice, or opt for a home pickup service.
    • If you choose to leave your return at a DPD locker, we will provide you with the return label to affix to the box.
    • If you opt for home pickup, we will schedule a pickup date, and our carrier will bring the return label for you to attach to your parcel.
  1. Return Shipping (outside of the EU)
    • Once a return is approved, the responsibility for shipping the product back within 14 days lies with the customer.
    • Items must be returned to the following address:

    • We recommend using a delivery service with a tracking number to confirm receipt of your return and proceed with the refund.
    • Finally, please include your delivery slip with the order or at least the order number, and the returned product(s).
  1. Refund
    • Following receipt and verification of the returned product in the required conditions, a refund will be processed within 14 days, using the original payment method.
    • Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
  1. Exchanges
    • We unfortunately cannot process exchanges due to logistical reasons. For a different size, another model, or a different color, please place a new order on the e-shop.
